      - relaxed work environment - good benefits (free drinks, breakfast every month, etc) - good work life balance (depends on your team)

      - Low pay - Bureaucracy - Work is very repetitive and boring, not much to learn after your learning curve

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
