      Laid Back Environment. Upper management is comprised of regular people. Office parties for every holiday. Comfortable culture. Access to middle management.

      Cons

      Low salary. Small salary increases. Extremely inefficient organization tree. Lack of direction. Weak in-house information systems.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
