      - explore end to end fund accounting operation process - good entry role for those want to get into the asset management industry

      Cons

      - managers lack of people management skills and technical skills - salary is lower than the market rate - not a 100% English working place

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
