      Good culture, many opportunities if you work hard

      This is a fair review. It is a great culture, and opportunities exist for those who wish to pursue them. But there are certain times of the month /year when we are exceptionally busy. This is recognised as common symptom of our industry , but nonetheless one that Citco is continually trying to address in respect of people's work /life and balance and duty of care to their health & well-being.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
