      transportation reimbursement after 10 pm food can be reimbursed if working <2 hrs of OT

      Cons

      too much work no work life balance very little salary increase at year end management is not supportive to the team

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
