      Pros

      They make lots of money, so they can spend lots of money. Money isn't a problem, the problem is that they have too much of it and wield it like a tyrant.

      Cons

      There are some in powerful director and hr positions that are arrogant and don't treat people with respect (money and power before people). Then there are the really nice people who work for them and just do what they say....

      Dear former employee, all Citco employees are entitled to dignity and respect and all Citco leaders are expected to uphold these values. That said, no Company is the perfect fit for everyone and it seems that Citco wasn't a good fit for you. I hope you enjoy success in your new work environment.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
