      Pros

      Good place for new undergrad to learn about the industry. CPA and CFA experience is acknowledged here. Friendly and chill working environment. Great insurance coverage and non-monetary benefits. Monthly breakfast and cake and ice cream day. Free beer after 5.

      Cons

      Team dynamics might not be consistent within the entire company. And this influences how much one can learn and grow both internally and externally. Pay is below industry average.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
