      You get a paycheck for how long you choose to stay.

      Cons

      -No training for 60 days or so -Onboarding is very lack luster - Pay doesn’t match experience -Sink or Swim type of environment -Very minimal training -Nepotism -Direct Reports and Executives Gossip

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
