      Nice people, free beer after 4, new grad experience

      Overtime, low salary, little growth potential as everyone is doing the same thing within the company, very narrow minded attitude with an approach of getting things done instead of creating efficiency and improving; high turnover

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
