Cons
As it’s so easy to get a job, not many stay & it’s a revolving door of new staff. This means that staff aren’t being trained correctly. No one feels comfortable in approaching E3, as confidentially is an issue & they rarely act on issues (bullying, injuries, management issues) The pay rates are not competitive to other employers & is very hard to survive on (yes I was full time) There is a ‘bonus’ however not everyone will receive this & many feel there is not a set guideline in how the bonus is assigned; also there is no incentive program ~ or rather they tried, however it flopped when management changed the rules/guidelines to prevent the incentives Don’t expect a set roster - there will be back-to-back & frequent changes
