      Being a marketing apprentice at CitNOW has been such a positive experience. The company culture is great and really collaborative, and everyone is so approachable. Management are committed to employee development and progression. There are always opportunities to develop new skills and be a part of new projects and no two days are the same, Overall it is a great place to work.

      Pros

      I've been at CitNOW for around 7 months as an apprentice, I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at CitNOW. I have had great opportunities to grow my career with the business and meet industry experts. I would recommend working at CitNOW to anyone as its an excellent team and working environment. I look forward to going to work everyday and have never been disappointed here.

      I cannot find a con working here, I would highly recommend it.

      Pros

      Amazing recruitment process from start to finish despite being over Xmas and different to normal process Great support since I've joined up and down the organisation. Do genuinely feel we're working to one goal.

      Cons

      Nothing major really! Maybe more social opportunity with my team but that may come as it develops.
