Pros
Flexible work hours. As long as you put in your full hours, no one says anything
Cons
Everything else. Poor management - Offices are not all in the same office space and management has no clue what is happening outside of their own space. Management has no clue how poor the culture is. You do not come in to Cistel with your experience. No matter how qualified you are, a person with 10+ years less experience than you is considered a senior resource and you are not. Bullying is a constant occurrence. Especially by certain staff members. Management are told but let it happen because these individuals know the company well (HUGE anti-bullying laws risk for Cistel). Cistel has many unethical practices. Both with their employees and through gaining business. You only get 2 weeks' vacation. That is non-negotiable. You get 5 personal days to be used as sick days. There are no official sick days. Many more things I could add... So little time...
