      Pros

      The immediate teams are great, I enjoy working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive, bonuses are texted so much that it doesn't feel like a bonus and my bonus last year was $300. I have been with the company 5 years. Pay has not kept up with inflation and the company does not address these items when asked.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
