      Pros

      Feeling like I'm part of a bigger project/vision, pay, camaraderie between colleagues and inter-departmental teams, culture matches what the leadership says it is, and lots of growth and opportunity for new & tenured employees.

      Cons

      401K is not immediately vested. Some tenured employees are stuck in previous mindset when the organization was smaller and structured differently, and are resistant to change.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
