We've spent a great deal of time evaluating our current compensation structure across all areas of the organization. Compensation is personalized to each employee based on role, performance and other factors. As such, we understand that actions taken are not public knowledge.
All compensation-related actions, including merit awards, are based on merit as well as other factors such as company performance, COLA, etc. We will continue to evaluate our practices in this area.
