      Nice People, Sports Retail, Italian Culture. Team work is the center of the company philosophy and in the different divisions it looks true.

      Cons

      Very Old Style Management has affected the ability to react and anticipate the economic crisis that has burdened the Italian Retail sector. Zero focus on innovation.
