Cirtec managment is really bad at managing customers and projects and that shows because customers retention and satisfaction is poor. Key customers and employees have left the company out of frustration and burn out. Engineers and production personnel are overworked and over stress.Teams are constantly fight fires, lots of people pointing fingers and thrown under the bus by management. There is this also very frustrating bean counting system that you have to input every 15minutes your time with notes. People spend more time counting their hours than actually working. Pay and benefits are less than competitive as compare to market place.
