Pros
Good pay, but no health benefits while I was there.
Cons
I worked here long enough to see that I didn’t want to be there much longer. Not only was the position I applied for lied about when I came to my responsibilities and what I’d expect from the position, but there was a high degree of favoritism showed to specific people and specific people only. Throughout my time there, it was apparent that not only did management not care about me as an employee, but they also didn’t care for their customers. Upon researching what customers had to say (which can be found on countless reviews sites such as the BBB, Google, FB, Reddit, and Product Hunt) The level of customer service is poor, and their only focus was getting selling their product as quickly as possible, no matter what the complaint is. Although the culture outside of management was great, (many people with great personalities), besides the elite, employees are just numbers, easily removed and replaced without a thought. Management clearly has no idea on how to run a reputable business, the proof is all over the internet. Management was patronizing and treated its employees like they didn’t know anything. The company is owned by a single family and they make sure to keep it so that only those members get any real opportunity or slack. There were constant distractions that impeded work from being done caused by these family members that was constantly overlooked. The product is also highly unimpressive. Regardless on whether or not sucralose (the main ingredient in many of their drinks) is the poison many say it is, the product simply didn’t taste great. Definitely not worth the price tag, which also made it hard for me to fully get behind the product. The technology itself seems clunky and inefficient.
