Pros
The CEO, CRO and Global VP of Sales genuinely care about you and want you to be successful. They will roll up their sleeves to provide thoughtful coaching and help you move a deal forward. I was impressed by their ability to quickly grow the org while still making time for their people. You will receive world class coaching and support from the well-led enablement team. CircleCI is the market leader in CI/CD - the product is loved across technology teams.
Cons
The product is technical and there is a steep learning curve, especially if coming from outside DevOps. The product & competitive messaging often felt like a feature comparison dump. Would have preferred a more inspiring vision into future of CircleCI.
