Pros
The team is great, with a lot of support and training. No day is the same and I am rarely bored. The onboarding and training process has gotten better over the last few years. Management seems responsive to issues and I like the flexibility with our time off process.
Cons
It is harder to feel connected to everyone in the remote environment. Sometimes I feel like there isn't enough time in the day to get everything done but I don't feel like that often.
