Pros
Remote work space which allows comfort and flexibility; Incredible colleagues within immediate teams with support and opportunities to learn without judgement; truly great upper management, they actually care what we as employee's have to say and will "put their money where their mouth is". This is actually extremely important to me, as I get to physically SEE them implement changes after consulting employees throughout the company, not just a small little team.
Cons
Working remote can get very boring at times. Honestly have no con's regarding Circle directly.
