Pros

They did me a favor by showing their true colors early. They "weren't getting enough business in [my state] to keep onboarding me". Not sure why they couldn't realize that BEFORE I started onboarding...but yeah, I guess it's a pro that they realized they weren't capable sooner rather than later.

Cons

Pretty much the whole experience was terrible. Horrible onboarding experience, administrative staff is high on power. Worst part about this whole thing is they make you give them administration rights to your computer and then don't help you remove the software. Had to reformat my whole laptop since they ghosted me when I asked if they could direct me to their IT to remove their software. Absolutely unprofessional and bad business practices.

Pros

low home studio investment required. no one checks on you ever.

Cons

Do all these patients have ADHD and need amphetamines? The upper staff turned over entirely with no transparency. Requests for help are expected to be answered by other clinical staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former team members, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're glad to hear that onboarding was smooth and that our remote work model provided flexibility. At the same time, we're sorry to learn that your experience with communication, support, and organizational transparency did not meet your expectations. Over the past year, we have continued to evolve our leadership structure, clinical support resources, and communication practices as we scale. We recognize that periods of growth and change can create challenges, and we are committed to improving. We value the contributions of our team and are dedicated to building an environment where providers feel heard, supported, and connected to our mission of improving access to high-quality healthcare. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you continued success.
