Pros
I'll be fair and give the pros as well as the (many) cons. Pros: - 10c fuel discount - maximum of 50L a week - Free staff meal - only on Circle K brand sandwiches/ drinks. Better than nothing for sure but not a huge selection. - 10% premium if you work on sundays
Cons
Where to begin? -Horrific head office - most store managers are fine and do their best. - Expected to stock the store to the brim when theres only 2 people on shift.. yet also expect all office work and emails to be done/replied to. - Despite this struggle mentioned above, there trying to push for lone working in all stores. - Pushed to meet ridiculous targets so that store and area managers can get their bonuses, no such bonuses for staff. - Head office do not care about staff concerns or complaints. HR will acknowledge receiving an email and never respond - Horrible communication from superiors.
