Pros
Circle is a great place to work. I have been set a clear career progression path and SLT is very supportive of and dedicated to enhancing staff knowledge and skillset, and are always happy to provide any further training. I feel that communication between managers and staff is open and honest which leads to a culture in which improvements are always being made. The benefits are great - who can complain about free tea, coffee & breakfast!? There is also a pool table, and table tennis for use in the canteen. Circle have been fantastic during the Covid-19 crisis and have absolutely put the Health & Safety of all its staff (and customers) as its #1 priority.
Cons
Sometimes there can be a bit of a fight for parking, but that is generally only when you are working a later shift, as spots seems to fill up between 8am and 9am. Sometimes communication between departments could be improved, but that is pretty standard across most businesses and is something that is always being worked on.
