Stable hourly pay. Steady hours. The people here seem nice at first but they slowly do get a bit more distant. They hired me and many others right on the spot after the interview. Good filler job while you look for something better.

Where do I start? Okay first off, TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY! The lead producers force you to send out an email with a pre made template enticing small business owners to call you with the prospect of being featured on CBS. I feel so guilty before I make calls now. We are scamming owners. The lead producers have unrealistic expectations of our sales goals. They are impossible to achieve. Anyone who points out a company weakness has things completely turned around on them as the owners and management REFUSE TO ACCEPT any responsibility for their crappy business model upsetting people. We’re trained to constantly lie to people, saying we’re busy with production meetings. The lead producers pressure people to make cold calls to people who clearly are not interested. It’s embarrassing. They encourage us to basically harass people. This place has such a high turnover rate, you will realize that as you go through previous leads on hubspot from hordes of deactivated users. People are constantly interviewing in here. Probably because everyone keeps leaving because of the crappy owners. The lead producers are super controlling and two faced. They are so anal about the dumbest crap. The sales here is honestly a numbers game and down to luck. They have such unrealistic expectations of the sales we are supposed to make! I’ve spoken to so many people who work here who are currently applying to other jobs, myself included.
