I’ve been at Circadence for a while, and what keeps me here is the purpose behind the work. The products we build actually make a difference in national security and workforce readiness. The people are sharp, collaborative, and genuinely care about doing things right. Leadership is mostly accessible and open to ideas, and it feels like individual contributions matter. No two days are the same, but that’s part of what makes it exciting.

Because the work is so complex, priorities can move fast and the pace can be demanding. But it’s the kind of challenge that keeps things interesting and pushes everyone to grow.
