Pros
Great benefits, as ssrs you get commission for each account, PTO days will still net you at least $100 in commissions a day so you don't loose out on to much of your paycheck. Company vehicle that you get to take home so your not putting wear and tear on your vehicle.
Cons
Poor upper management that clearly has favorites and a good old boys club. No help from your service manager. Contacting service managers is a long painful process as they are always in meeting or out to lunch for 2 hours as a group(if they are actually in the office that day). No help from office personnel as they are usually tied up with decorating for some event the managers are holding, The ssr position does include being your own scheduler, accounts receivable, sale rep, service rep, and main customer service rep for your accounts. Repetitive monthly goals that your service manager will only care for if your close to hitting all. Management pushes ssrs to be 3 days ahead with out caring about the size of your accounts or how many you may have to see. Will get written up if you cant keep up. HR is company first employee maybe. SSR position, office personnel, warehouse personnel and even service managers have been a turnstile for the last 2 years at this location. It seems if your good at what you do LA first aid location will hold you back to keep you there, or dangle a carrot in front of you and then hire from outside to fill that carrot thats in front of you.
