Pros

Good Training Programs Team culture can be good

Cons

Large differences in pay for sales reps depending on which position your in False hopes given to employees in order to drive continued results Favorites are picked from day 1 and no matter how much you out perform you are still looked at as a lower level employee Management doesnt grasp the idea that people have lives outside of work Micromanagement is quickly growing, leading to high turnover Company takes advantage of their customers and price gouges them Executives and regional leadership are out of touch with the field, and the field only shows them the good things about the job. If the GM doesnt want you to grow, you wont Leadership will gaslight you, HARD Toxic corporate culture Toxic sales culture

Pros

Interview process was night and day compared to prior location I had interviewed with. Great benefits, solid support, and an awesome culture. Leadership leads by example, setting the tone from the top (GM). Can't speak for other location, but I was fortunate to land at one of the best. No micromanagement! Professionalism and integrity are a must. Constant promotions.

Cons

No real downsides except for the Florida heat, with only a bit of corporate politics but nothing too crazy.

Pros

The Commission is great. You can make good money in this place.

Cons

While the pay is good, the culture here is not. It is incredibly restrictive. It is very much a “Do what I want you to do, how I want you to do it, and when I want you to do it” management style. They constantly remind you of how much money you can make there which gets annoying after a while. The service team and the sales team are constantly at odds. Not just Cintas, but the industry in general is very sleazy, much like a car dealership. They screw over their smaller customers with enormous year over year price increases. I know a particular salesperson who is having a lot of success their who has no problem lying to his customers, and never answering their calls when the problems come. As long as he keeps the deals coming Cintas does not care. Corporate greed is on full display at Cintas. The Management Development program for college graduates seems like a great opportunity. If you are a young college graduate and you get the opportunity, I would recommend that.
