Pros
Benefits are decent if you need them. If a specific location is desperate enough for the position you are interviewing for or working - they may offer higher than the typical starting rate or offer more if you threaten quitting after proving to be a valuable asset. ALWAYS COUNTER WITH A HIGHER NUMBER (~10-20% higher)
Cons
Maintenance practices, standards and upper management are awful. Giant corporation where employees are numbers and pay is subpar for skills and work provided. Employees who work for the company for extended years earn positions they are unqualified for. Several supervisors quit largely in part due to a regional manager - no investigation from upper management as to the high number of supervisors quitting in a short period of time. No merit based raises.
