Family owned business with Nepotism throughout - Anonymous CinemaTech Employee Review

CinemaTech is a wonderful place to work. The company cares deeply about it's people, products and clients. Everyone works as a team. The company has a great culture and there is a lot of room for growth if you are willing to work hard.

The company works with very high end clients so if you are not able to bring your best - whether that is follow up, organizational skills or communication it can be hard to keep up.

Old school boss mentality Small company that hasn’t grown fast in 20+ years in business, so management is trying to push growth, but is scattered and feels like they are making things up as they go which was hard to keep up with. Management leaders experience was questionable and still immature. Every employee is expected to wear multiple hats and isn’t a good work balance for everyone. Management can be reactive to laying off employees and expecting the rest of the team to pick up the slack until they figure out the next move to make it work. There was a lot of inconsistency in operation systems and employee expectations from management. PTO amount was unimpressive No yearly bonuses were available but hopefully that changes as they grow
