Pros
You get to learn exactly what a job is not supposed to be like.
Cons
Broken employment promises regarding pay/conditions, minimalised achievements of employees, unrealistic outcomes and job expectations, and shifting technical vision with abysmal management to the crescendo of breaking point mental and physical fatigue of employees to meet expectations that were always changing. Some departments ended up doing other department’s work to fill in employment gaps that management didn’t want to cover costs for. Resulting in employees working in areas of which they had no training, wherein they were reprimanded for not completing the task they didn’t have training or experience in correctly. Mental and physical wellbeing were explicitly said to not be management’s concern in contract negotiations - only what value the employee brings to the company. Don’t do it.
