Cons
Left-leaning company with bizarre culture where virtue-signaling abounds. 'Obvious "DEI" hires that could take Dylan Mulvaney off the unemployed list. Scared of their own shawdow in terms of COVID. Operationally (internally) this company is a mess. Very disjointed. PMs spend more time navigating and updating the "tools" to do their job, than actually DOING the job. Program (operations) manager would be more suited to selling kayaks or craft beer in Seattle than running operations for an AV manufacturer/integrator. The surface politeness of most of the staff hides the back-stabbing and passive-aggressive drama that lies beneath. This company feels more "Portland" than it does "Georgia"
