Pros
-Management is open to raises and hour changes -Hands-on experience with many different aspects of the ecommerce process -Get to meet and develop relationships with local business owners all across the city, and in doing so learn more about what NYC has to offer -Great mission
Cons
-"Flexible hours" = management/coworkers can call you whenever and demand work done at that moment, including days off and late at night/early in the morning -No proper training for tech positions -Management doesn't understand how the platform works -Management is generally condescending & not above threatening & manipulation -Constantly asked to come up with solutions to problems that were outside of my paygrade, then condescended to about my ideas, only for my pitches to get forgotten entirely once the next set of problems came up -0 communication within the company or between the company and the businesses it's supposed to work for -Business practices ranging from shady to downright unethical
