      Pros

      There are many long-term staff with heaps of knowledge. They are technically far more advanced than other agencies. They always use the latest technology and tools. Every other week is a 4-day week, which is great for me to travel and improve my photography.

      More social activities outside of work.

      Pros

      Great working environment and staff morale! You will be treated and supported truly as a member of the family.

      Cons

      You must tolerate a huge amount of stress! Vietnam research market is very competitive today. High end global agencies do not hesitate to compete purely on price, while all that clients care is being vested by big brand at low cost. Cimigo dangles in the middle segment and pulls muscle to compete with the giants on the same services is not a good choice.

      Nice people, good hearted team

      Cons

      Bad management and no respect for employees time. Poor technical equipment, low efficient work. No paying freelance and supplier, bad experience cannot continue working.
