Working for the United States and Canadian division of the company as a senior support engineer, I was given a great amount of latitude in getting my job done. The North American division is very, very customer focused, and we took pride in being bluntly honest with potential and existing customers about what the product could do and even if we were the right fit for them. The stability is not suitable for everyone, no new technologies, very little promotion opportunities, extras are standard to minimal, not a lot of company events.
