Great people and really supportive. Good company to gain experience through interacting with senior personnel. Good pay and benefits. Tuition reimbursement program for those wishing to pursuing furthering education. Multiple product lines to gain experience.
Cons
There is not a robust, time-tested, internal training system in place for on-boarding new people. Internal training on product lines consist of giving you manuals and information. It is left for the individual to build competency and to be a self-learner. Inconsistent with company policy application. administratively heavy due to cumbersome internal processes and systems.
