      Pros

      Halfway decent pay, able to use phones, easy job, alternate shifts 7:45-4:45 & 9-6.

      Cons

      No chance of advancement, they want tellers to work on loan side without having to pay you for it, hours 7:45-6, Vacation time is horrible. One day a month with no chance of taking a day unpaid.

      Pros

      Great PTO and holidays. Bonus and party at Christmas.

      Cons

      Insurance is pricey and isn’t that great. They think that since they aren’t open on the weekends that people will be pouring in to get a job. Don’t want to offer people more pay for the same reason.. so high turnover because people are more interested in the pay than the hours.
