      Good benefits. Good work life balance in some groups

      Cons

      Poor compensation. Very toxic managers in some groups. Racism in management. The majority of managers are white while the general population is not. HR is very rude. No appreciation of good work through compensation. The high level management have no clue how to drive the business for more profit.

      Great benefits, remote life is great, flexible PTO is always a plus.

      Cons

      Publicly traded companies are just going to do what they do. If you can make one marketer pretend to accomplish the work of five, that’s good enough for shareholders.
