Great work-life balance and very understanding management with best support and career advancement mentorship and encourages to take up new roles or expand your current role. Never a NO to new learning or opportunity.
Cons
not many, but if you are a WFH-loving employee, this can be sad news for you as most of the roles require on-site presence or hybrid. Also for someone who is an immigrant and may need to work from home country occasionally due to emergency their policy allow no more than 2 weeks of WFH from a different country
