      Pros

      I suppose job security would be a pro.

      Cons

      The ServiceNow platform was a joke. Maybe it had to do with the size of the company, but any kind of technical support request always took FOREVER to get resolved. Maybe I was just spoiled by working at startups in the past, but it was a real drain on productivity.

      Great benefits, remote life is great, flexible PTO is always a plus.

      Cons

      Publicly traded companies are just going to do what they do. If you can make one marketer pretend to accomplish the work of five, that’s good enough for shareholders.
