NA - Analyst Cielo Employee Review

Hi, this is Dan Bates, SVP – Global Talent Operations. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience working at Cielo. I understand that as we move to a new location for our employees based in Manila, this may cause slight changes in travel time and transportation for some individuals. However, it would be useful to understand your comments on a hybrid model, as we're currently offering our people the opportunity to work flexibly through this transition and beyond. I would like to clarify that we are not changing our work requirements at this time. All employees will continue to work remotely, and come into the office on a hybrid basis only as necessary. Our flexible work arrangements remain in place during this transition period.
