Hi, this is Sally Hunter, EVP – Revenue Strategy. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Cielo. It’s positive to see you had many supportive leaders during your time with us, however I appreciate there are other areas where we could do better.
I understand that organisational changes can be difficult. Our aim is to ensure the long term sustainability of the organisation. Which means we take these actions very seriously and considering the wellbeing of our people, such as offering appropriate support and careers guidance as they transition. We will always need our talented teams in the US, and the repositioning to locations such as India and Manila is intended to best support the emerging needs of our clients in these areas. It's also important for us to adapt and evolve in order to remain competitive in the our industry.
We genuinely value our employees and their contributions and understand the importance of showing appreciation.
