Unsupportive Leaders - Anonymous employee Cielo Employee Review

The company is so very focused and driven toward specific goals and targets (ie the numbers), that they fail to recognize the need to continually invest in and support their employees. Leadership does not take the time to ensure those they have promoted into leadership positions are well prepared with training and mentorship opportunities. In my experience, I was left to deal with major issues with a client without any senior level support or backing.
