Having worked here for over three years, I'm curious to know whether this has been your experience from the start, or if something has recently changed to make you feel this way. I would like to learn more. I would ask you, as I always do, for you to stop in or schedule time with me. I do know there is a lot to balance while being a Cielo team member and dedicated to a client partner - from processes to expectations, to balance.
