Thanks for your service and commitment to our teams, our employees and our clients here at Cielo. In the last couple years, we’ve worked hard to create an environment that empowers you to be your best at work – from our relaxed dress code policy and more collaborative work spaces to enhanced opportunities for learning and development, and we’re glad to see that these have had a positive impact. That said, we know we always have the opportunity to do better. I know that with our fast growth has come significant change. Coupled with our clients’ changing needs, we can all get a bit “change fatigued”. I know first-hand how uneasy these shifts can make us feel. What I hear you saying is that we need to find a way to create more confidence and sense of stability during those times of great change. We’ll be working to address that in 2018.
