very smart people, opportunity to learn a lot, lots of different backgrounds to collaborate with and learn from, several great client teams to work with.
Cons
to many ulterior motives, terrible work life balance, prepare to work a lot and give up your personal life! Technology used causes inefficiencies for recruiters but it is required to be used even if it takes recruiters double the time or forces the use of multiple systems. No support for people who have way to much work.
