Take the term "Full-time" employee with a grain of salt. (I was hired as a full time employee only to receive a rationed 25 hours a week.) Management lies to keep you on the string. (Was told untruths about what hours I would be working and when I would receive future benefits) Owner is not responsive to the office's needs: IE: materials for the lab Working area is disrupted by the owner everyday. (things that you needed to continue work are not available the next day for use because they were moved) No accountability in payroll. (My pay was calculated in error numerous times. They dodge responsibility and aim to pay you're residual pay the next pay period) THIS IS ILLEGAL Unorganized project management
