The food is great. The hours are also great. The owner and his nephew make it fun. The other men made it uncomfortable at times. I had to learn to completely ignore everything they did and said to be able to work there.

- little work pressure - some people should have been fired - some top managers being busy with internal politics instead of implementing a vision together and work together to fulfill it - CEO at that time brought some of his buddies and gave them a great position title (salary probably came up with) but everyone wondered what they were actually doing - job definition is totally different from the market place, e.g. an account manager is in charge of technical implementation & after-sale technical issues from merchants but are not directly involved in the sales process nor in charge to develop a portfolio of clients
