Pros

The young teams are very passionate, unfortunately, read my cons section.

Cons

Cialfo is a highly disappointing workplace that does not value its employees. The management team operates under the assumption that the employees are disposable and replaceable, leading to a toxic work environment. One of the major issues with the company is the lack of respect & arrogance. There is no clear goal on what they want to achieve & how, Management team takes random decisions and keeps changing the course every 15days. Turning Blind eye to the problems highlighted, just to safe guard their people has been there for a long time. Despite promises of advancement and development, employees are often overlooked and undervalued. There is no clear path for career progression, and promotions are rare and only given to those who are in favor with upper management. The management team does not listen to employee feedback or concerns. The company culture is one of fear and intimidation, where employees are discouraged from speaking up or providing constructive criticism. Very recently, it was shared by a lot of ex-employee's that all of them have moved out for 1 major reason - ARROGANCE & HUMILIATION.

Pros

Cialfo is a startup. almost 100% remote staff working from home. it provides great flexibility & work life balance because you get to skip commuting. The employee benefit program is also very attracting.

Cons

as the company is still young, the management is focusing on revenue driven activites more than anything . overtime is unavoiable. there is a lot room to improve operation efficiency..

Pros

A lot of smart colleagues, never dull, change is frequent, close cross-functional collaboration

Cons

CEO is also the cofounder and is way too involved in every facet of the business, which tends undermines other leadership and push all top talent away, and lacks long term vision and strategy
