      Nice environment, challenging work, Company has a great industry reputation. They have a Steam oven and Espresso machine for employee use

      Pros

      Smaller company that is growing which gives opportunity for employees to be promoted from with in. New hires can be trained or entry with experience and skill set. If you like a small team environment this is a plus.

      Cons

      Size of company requires cross over on jobs and always a full work load. Management is still growing into positions.
